    I think it will be best to answer those questions already provided with accuracy and not just put on something there because buyers will not be interested in your site if you do not provide accurate information regarding the website. Google Analytics is not a form of monetization. I don't also think that a few seconds is enough to run the website . Just a few tips to help you sell your website
