    The hard part is compete with thousands of those websites out there providing the same cheap so called "SEO services" which never will get you happy customers for a long term. (because those SEO never works, only spam links, or use low quality websites) Plus you are compete with those Gigs on Fiverr who providing the same kinds of low quality SEO services with better price than you.

    It is possible make money only if you have a way to get targeted traffic, a lot of it....
