The earnings are higher from September because until August I didn`t promote the site at all. I just added some content when I started the site and forgot about it.

Do you have permission from Genghis Grill to use their name in your domain?

 

I got an email from a representative from Genghis Grill asking me about the images that included their coupon deals and about my site`s header which included their trademark. I needed their permission for that it seemed. The message was received around September 2015 just about when my site was promoted more and its rankings increased. Perhaps that`s why it got their attention.

I made the necessary changes to the site and things were solved. I never receive another email again. They didn`t say anything about the domain name so everything is ok on that subject as well.

 

Maybe we should email them just to be sure.

I would be worried about putting Adsense on this site as well.

 

I completely understand your point of view. I kind of thought the same way when they contact me 5-6 mounts ago. You can see their trademark image on top of the page on that link. I don`t use their trademark anywhere on my site.
Their word mark is "GENGHIS GRILL THE MONGOLIAN STIR FRY." I don`t use it that either anywhere on my site.

I think they contact me only about the trademark issue because the header and images with their coupon deals (like the example below) included their trademark, which I think that was the main reason of their concern.

After making the changes at that time, I contacted them, told them about what changes I have made and never heard anything from them again.
