You can protect your business form "bad faith disputes". There are a few things you can do. 1. And, it shows to the bank its not a fraudulent transaction is the customer claims so... 2. Use CVV Code. 3. Use 3D Secure. I use paypal most of the time for online transactions. I only use my cc when there is no option to pay via paypal
I prefer to use PayPal to pay for all online transactions other than on Amazon. If a site doesn't offer PayPal payments as an option, I move on elswhere or do without that product.
