I am using social bookmarking, blog commenting techniques for backlinks.
For example I used Reddit-DF website for social bookmarking, but still it showing no-follow to my website. On my other website they shown do- follow.

You have no control over the "Do-follow" or nofollow types of links, the websites who links to you decides what links to use

Dont worry about do follow or no follow, as google starts to balance their effects on your seo.

nofollow are gaining power in googles' eyes.
