    Daily 2 hours activity is more than enough for this

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Its made with MyBB 1.8. So the buyer/new owner should have basic knowledge of MyBB.

    Looks like a lot of spam on the forum. Has it been shutdown for some time then recently put back up from looking at the traffic? Is it active anymore?

    I started the site. I normally hire posters to post on the forum. There is not too many active posters to be frank, but active enough. Yes they are unique. I am selling this site because I need some urgent money and secondly I am out of time to work with this forum because of my studies.

    I added analytics to the listing already. And very clearly specified in the thred that I haven't tried any Ad Services. Domain was first registered in 2010. then it got expired and deleted a few months ago, and I re-registered it and started again.
