I have real bad experience with payoneer, First They said card is shipped which never arrived then they added another card in account which results the same. now after so many emails and support requests no one bothers to even get back to me. So my thought about this company is just some bunch of guys working non seriously and non professionally.
@Payoneer Why my clients need to upload photocopy of their secure information (e.g. National ID, Driving License or Passport) to you guys? They don't have Payoneer and they opened their bank account in their own countries with these info. Now why are you asking for such info and holding payment on my end?!
Surely the reason is freakin obvious! There is so much fraud from your country they need to protect themselves and other users.
What kinds of fraud? It seems you are talking about your country. My clients are real and they paid me through their master/visa card. Now under what authority Payoneer asks such info?

Yeah, right. I use their services but not my clients. I have uploaded my documents to them already. Now they are asking my client's personal information. Are you an agent of Payoneer? I am not sure what's your agenda. If you are a normal Payoneer user then you would find this situation very odd. Payoneer might follow "US Regulatory Law" but my client who lives in Belgium why he should upload his personal details to Payoneer? Doesn't make any sense.
I have nothing to do with Payoneer. What you are failing to grasp is that you have no choice but to either comply with what they want or not use their services. Bitching about it here will not change it.

Don't say anything that sounds like you are their rep. You are consistently bitching other members for Payoneer. So you stop bitching.
You were arguing with other members for Payoneer. If they said something bad about Payoneer you were the one who started to sing sweet song for them. Thats called "agenda"
No agenda. I merely pointing out the realities of you agreeing to their terms and conditions, so if you want to use them, then you have to comply with them. You bitching about their terms and conditions here at DP is not going to change their terms and conditions. You need to take off the tinfoil hat.
Actually there may be some reason behind that, including but not limited to, the IP they were using may be black listed somewhere, have poor IP reputation, IP physical address doesn't match with the address on their card, phone number did not match, email did not match... and a lot others. Your clients may be in good faith but there is something that triggered a flag and to clear that flag Payoneer asked physical proof. It has become a norm in fighting fraud. What if Payoneer didn't ask for these documents and processed the transaction and then they faced a lawsuit someone claiming that someone made the transaction without authorization from the card owner? They would have to spend a lot in defending that lawsuit. I know it's a bit frustrating and sometimes you will be at risk of not getting paid at all, but this is how the system works.
