    If you are using wp you have option to configure hyperlinks

    The best I can think of right now is using this answer above and use a redirect so old URLs will go to new URLs. Try this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/

    Install the plugin first, prior to changing the path settings. Hopefully the plugin will automatically redirect old URLs to the new one.
