Mike, I was like to ask you something, because I see that know a lot about this... When you are meditating, what do you visualise in your thoughts?
most of the time when i am stressed i go out for a cup of coffee with my friends, that helps me to forget the problem or to find a solution for it. Also, when i am stressed i watch a movie or listen to some great music, that also makes me to forget about the problem at least for that period. in the past few weeks i am trying not to get stressed by anything, i just accept the problem and act.
Meditation.....i have an audio of it....Meditation helps to reduce stress...build confidence... I am doing it for my stammering problems....and I'm getting results..
Here is what you will gonna lose as a result of meditation: Hatred, Jealousy, Anxiety, Anger, Insecurity, Fear Of Failure. Fear and Anxiety are the most common mental disease in this world and the only way to release from them is if you start to meditate.
I love to walk in the forest trail, hike and cook. Cooking takes my mind of the problems and everyone eats really yummy food.

I was stressed today, made Chicken Biryanni and Balti Chicken bothe Kashmiri dishes. Iknow about the quantities, I have 3 teenagers and they bring friends. This should last 3 days I will post recipes on your thread friend.
3 days? I guess they don't eat that much. 5-6 american teenagers would eat all of it in like half an hour.

Haha, I posted it on @jrbiz armchair dining thread. South indian foods are mostly one meal deal with everything in one pot. American portion sizes are another story..lol. That big gulp with the meal has sugar portion good for a month of healthy eating.
