I submitted this website www.AbidingTV.com to dmoz but it hasn't been approved and listed. What can I do to get it listed?

You can do nothing, submit once and forget it, At some stage an editor will review the submission and either accept it or reject it.
Don't submit the same site more than once as this pushes the review process back further and you will possibly be rejected for spamming.
Bear in mind the review process can be anything from weeks to years.

A few weeks to a few years because all the editors are volunteers and depends on when one has the time and chooses to work in that area and review submissions.

You can always become an editor and speed up looking at the submissions made to us. You can sign up on almost every page of the directory.

the entries made on Dmoz are manually checked by the editors and then approved by them. After getting final approval, they are shown on the website. But there is not any specified time duration after which your website will appear on dmoz.

    Go to https://www.dmoz.org/help/become.html

As for the OP - read the many, many other threads in this forum
Read the info on DMOZ as well. There are no notifications so you'll never know if your site is languishing in a queue, if it's being moved from category to category because noone can agree on where it belongs or if it's been deleted.

I used to be an editor, didn't do Christian TV sites and don't visit them but your site looks like it would struggle to be added.
