Hello everyone, I have a Youtube account where I used to post gaming video's, I have had over 600,000 views and still have around 600 subscribers. I am a Youtube partner and already have video's that are monetized on my account, my channel includes over 83 video's of content. What is a channel of this nature worth? Baring in mind there is already a base of content and following there. (Didn't add link for fear of advertisement) Thanks alot.
First, it's illegal per YT Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/static?gl=US&template=terms You agree not to use the Service for any of the following commercial uses unless you obtain YouTube's prior written approval: the sale of access to the Service; Unless and until you can get a written permission from YT to transfer you account to a different name you're breaking their ToS. I realize that thousands of people are doing this, still it doesn't make it legal.
I'm sure they do, but it's why we don't allow those deals here - the buyer has no guarantees that it won't be money down the drain. If @IsayHey is serious about selling then that account probably needs to be active. No idea about value though.
Im not looking to sell it, just interested in its potential value. As its not of much value to me at the moment, which is why I was wondering if I was letting it waste away. So, anyone still no idea on a potential value?
