imo there is not much to compare both as both are similar two brandable names with similar width in total number of charactors and hopefully both are .com. A tough choice infact. any way ill go for the 2nd.
I like the connotations of turning over a new leaf when you upgrade your branding and design so I'd probably go for creativeleaf.
Thanks. Thats matching guys. Cleared my vision. I was thinking to go with CreativeLeaf too, but creativeboat was hitting my mind again n again, so i decided to take help fro here.
CreativeLeaf sounds more professional in my opinion. It sounds like it could be a respectable brand name. CreativeBoat sounds a bit more run of the mill/ordinary sounding. Good Luck with whichever you choose.
CreativeBoat is an awful name. CreativeLeaf, however, is very nice. Unless you are painting designs on boats, CreativeBoat is something you should disregard completely.
Thanks for nice answer Billzo. Its hard to find domain names these days. Once there were thousands, now its infinite people searching for brand-able domains. There are only 26 Alphabets in English. Everybody want Small size, .com, sound-able domain name. it like digging to center of earth.
Small size is not as important as something brandable, descriptive, or memorable. Most people who visit your site will not be typing in the domain name. The will click on a link from a search engine, or another website, or through their bookmarks. I would take a good 14-letter domain name over a meaningless 5-letter domain name. Looks like people are already using "Creative Leaf". facebook.com/imagineleaf/ facebook.com/CreativeLeafDesigns/ Maybe one is yours?
No. I didnt really looked this time much, if there are people using CreativeLeaf. But i know there was a web design firm, using CReativeLeaf.com (Which is on sell for nearly $300-$400 at current). It seems they shut down or something. My domain will be like CreativeLeaf.in or CreativeLeaf.co and once i am on a go to buy .com, i will switch to it. Straight and Simple Thought. Presently i am really not thinking to invest much in premum domain. Had many thoughts in mind like - CReativeTouch CreativeFrog (I already have madfrog.in) Digitalfrog but CreativeLeaf seemed more simple and fine.
I created a Facebook page, but i dont have a single like on it, so probably it do not have facebook web address yet.
Both names are really nice in my opinion and could go very well with a certain logo and design. Good job actually. I think I would go with CreativeLeaf, since the sound of it is just more appealing to me and more unique.
I like Creativeleaf. It sounds more in touch with nature and I think that you can better monetize and design your website for this name
