'Email marketing'' Term is not so easy. For email marketing you have to know about uses of mail, sending system of mail, mail writing system and most important thing is how you will send it? In a normal way or through soft. If you have more mail then you can do it in soft. So you also have to know about few mail sending soft. suck as sendblaster, mailcheap etc. MS office has a mail sending system. If you are experienced on MS office only then you can do it. Where you will practice it ? for yourself? or for others?

Okay, basically it goes like this:

Your mailing list should be clean. That means, you're going to want 100% of your emails to have opted-in. You don't want to send ANY email to someone who hasn't explicitly given you permission to send them email.

Honestly, for managing stuff like this, your best bet is to get an Aweber account. I won't link it here, but I can give you a referral if you like (which *should* come with a one month trial period). It will allow you to build your list with either single opt-in or double opt-in (this is the safer of the two options), and will also not let you send an email if it feels that it's too spammy.

After the trial period, you're looking at around 20 USD/month, but if you have a good list building system going and are able to already build emails that convert, then you should be able to earn that back pretty easily.

Well, you have 2 options; either you build a list the standard way (which is always better) or hire some bulk email providers and buy a list for $2. However, this option (although your domain won't get blacklisted) will do 2 things: hurt your brand's reputation and give you maybe a 0.00001% response ratio.

So, the only way to do it properly is to do it on a long-term basis.

You will have to pay for it to some third party OR you will have to make your own list which will be definitely small but affective for your business.

 

Avoid spam words in your email especially in your subject line. Google really frowns on these words. Check beforehand for these. I actually literally check all the words from google spam list one by one before I started email marketing. Since it is more effective that "social marketing", you should be really careful with that. Also try not to write too much in the emails. A poster or an image or an info graph is better than most texts. 3-4 sentences should suffice. then an image.. a really good one.. one which tells everything.. who you are.. what you want to do... how you will do it and a call to action etc. It sounds like a lot but believe me.. once it is done your email marketing will be a huge hit.
