According to the different types of making internal linking, there are different cases to set up links for the main page. On various sites I saw links for the main page: 1) On menu; 2) In bread crumbs; 3) In sidebar; 4) After the main text. The result is that there could be about 2-4 links from one page to the main page. It`s not normal. So I`d like to know how you set up links for the main page? And how much per page considering that optimal variant is to set up 1 link 1 time per page. Thank you
Internal links are links that go from one page on a domain to a diffrent page on the same domain. They are commonly used in main navigation. These type of links are useful for three reasons: - they allow users to navigate a website; - they help establish information hierarchy for the given website; - they help spread link juice around websites.
