    Why are you selling this site?
    Moving to a different country and have to attend college full time.

    How is it monetized?
    WWWPromoter, Openload.co, Revenuehits, MGID. You can add popups to double the revenue but I don't do that.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Yes: Twitter (666 followers as of today), Google+, Youtube account.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    1-3 hours a day. I'll be happy to maintain the site until I move (3 months).

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Need consistency and that's about it.

    Operating Expenses:
    The hosting and the domain are to be renewed after 6 months. This site requires only $4 per month to upload movies and maintain them.

    Procedure to upload movies:
    The site is fully automated and the procedure to post movies is simple. Other details will be shared to the potential buyer.

    Traffic Sources:
    80% of the traffic comes from search engines and other traffic is direct mostly.

    Keywords - Watch *moviename* full Movie, Watch *moviename* high definition, Stream *moviename* mobile/ps4. You get the idea.

    The media is hosted on a quality file-sharing site (That puts a popup per user *frequency cap - 1 per user / 12 hours* which is out of my control) Hence, I do not implement any popups. I'd not call it full of popups. Not even near.

    When I clicked on a button, it opened a popup that I couldn't close very easily.

    That is "full of popups" to me.

    That makes you wrong. Since a popup is singular and popups is a plural term. A popup per day is as reasonable as it can especially when it's not in the power of the webmaster.

    I ask this because organic traffic can be very easily faked.

    However, one thing you can't fake is your website displaying in the actual SERPs.

    So, it's not out of pitty (not sure how those are related, anyway).

    I think this is related question, these day anyone can manipulate GA with bot visitor, all visitor will show as organic on GA, so it must need to know SERP but if OP dont want to disclose in open forum then he can send via PM.
