Why are you selling this site?

Getting out of internet business. Selling all my portfolio

    How is it monetized?

Media.net. Since October makes about $15-$20 a month.
I am sure on Adsense will make more.
At one point I used in Parked Account with no real revenue, so I decided to use it as a website again

Does this site come with any social media accounts?

    No

How much time does this site take to run?

Whatever it makes now - it is on complete autopilot. I had not worked with the file as far as adding new articles for about a year - you can actually see it on Analytics. I am sure with right care, the profits would go up

Your analytics shows that you have very less impressions, Did you check? It is not matching with media.net report?

There is something very wrong here.

    Please post analytics screenshots.

I am not sure why Media.net reports more impressions than in GA. Not familiar with heir algorithm. Just did the screenshot of the account. I have only this website on Media as an experiment.

Attached is a screenshot of Google Analytics from Oct 1 until Dec 9.

Ok, so 200 visitors per month with practically no engagement.

What are the sources of this traffic?

If organic, which keywords are bringing in the traffic?

I have viewed your analytics and after excluding your spam traffic, you're getting a about 10 social media visits per month and 0 organic searches.

There is really no way you're making money with CPC ads.

If you are magically getting clicks, I suggest running adsense for a month and then importing that data as proof.

That's really the only way this site would have any value.

I do not think you are correct though. You probably removed all bookmarking websites where this site is listed just by name as a spam. There is also, google/yahoo/bing traffic in Analytics, so I do not understand where you get "0 organic searches" from. Plus, I submitted this website to bunch of directories before and it is showing in the Analytics. Plus there is a direct traffic from multiple campaigns
You cannot just remove anything but google from the analytics

Show me one keyword pulling in traffic.

Show me some directories sending you traffic.

Direct traffic doesn't count, no matter what you say. Unless your domain is a household name, it's impossible to accurately measure the amount of direct visitors that are legitimately visiting your site.
