Godaddy has set the price on my domain (ifxa.com) and sold it without my permission

2 weeks ago I was try to transfer my domain to other but they denied it and just got the email from them in the morning that it was sold for $288. I always have this domain for sale but not for that money

and people from godaddy are not helpful at all, they keep saying

“This is a binding transaction. When you listed the domain name, you agreed to the Terms of Service which states that once the buyer's fund shave cleared, that buyer is entitled to ownership of the domain name. As such, we consider this a valid transaction.”

What can I do now to stop them from taking my domain, I need some advice

    Thanks

I've seen this happen a few times lately and from what the original domain owners have said is that GoDaddy stated that the price was set by the original owner each time. They said the same things that they told you so more than likely you aren't going to get the name back. If possible, call and talk to GoDaddy again and plead your case. If calling isn't an option, then get a hold of live chat support. Not much else you can do from what I have seen.

    Good Luck

Well at least you got to keep your domain. I'd count it as a half win and half loss, unless you don't sell domains on GoDaddy auctions and in that case I guess it would be a full win. ;)

To me Godaddy looks like robber. They charge for everything, even support, but keep .com for $2 to serve them as bait for catching fools. (I am long time fool)

Usually, its user failure for not reading the TOS. For future, reference icann is the authority on .com domains; so you can always start a dispute with them against the registrar if it comes to that.

    Title is not right.
Correct information is Godaddy put a expired .com domain on auction on 26th days after expiration.
And original owner can restore domain till 42nd day after expiration by paying $80.00 redemption fee plus renewal fee.

This is what I was thinking too. But then he said they suspended his auction access which seems to suggest something else went down.
