I am not sure yet. I don't like anything where I have to rethink everything I did for the past 2 years on autopilot. I like small changes. Not the ones where I don't even know if it's the same site or not.
Its really very annoying and i didnot liked the new interface at all. thank god there is option of "reverting to old one"
It seems like they've made some things easier (like following new people or communities). On the other hand you have to make an extra click to make a post or to comment. Is this an additional spam posting prevention? Maybe. Seems like more work for the users though. Been playing with it for a few days now. Overall, I am actually starting to like it. They've made a definite effort to make it more user friendly.
I don't know about you, but do you know anyone that uses Google+ as a social network? I just look at it as a kind of RSS feed or place where I can follow certain communities... if I was to use it. Do you know anyone that uses/subscribes to it? Do you use it often?
Join my community if you want to: https://plus.google.com/communities/112906456891174626789 I am not quite sure I understand your question, but if you sign up for a g+ account you will have an option to view communities and join as many of them as you wish.
I didn't know there was an option for reverting, I'll have to check this out as I do not like the new style at all..
Log out of G+, clear your browser cookies, then log in again. It will ask you if you want to try the new interface. Click no.
As a user, like it or not you'll eventually get used to it. It's just like Facebook, before everyone is complaining about the new timeline. But as time passes by they have had no choice when Facebook push through with the changes. So, same goes for G+, for sure..
New interface is quite complicated and tools are hidden there....... still unable to understand why google make such unpopular changes in its interface
