    Its hard to find such a forum. because most of the forums provide nofollow links due to Search engine penalty.

    I guess you do not know the difference between a nofollow and a "dofollow" signature link? They are all nofollow. The original post was asking for "dofollow"!!!

    Look for a forum that runs on phpBB. Most phpBB forums have dofollow links.
