So I get an e-mail from adsense saying that I need to update my tax info and that my payments are currently on hold. I'm not sure why my adsense account is associated with the e-mail address that I received the e-mail from. I really don't remember. My problem is that I can't sign in with my old adsense info because 1) it was associated with a domian that I no longer own and 2) adsense won't allow me to sign in because the e-mail address isn't associated with gmail. Even though when I signed up for adsense it pre-dated gmail. I have tried my old log-in info but it didn't work and I don't want them to send any info to that e-mail address since I no longer control it. They have a newer e-mail address as I said if not I wouldn't have received the e-mail. But I can't log in using it either. I left a message at the adsense forums with no responses and I can't find any place to contact adsense directly. What should I do?
All you can do is this: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1208328?hl=en https://support.google.com/adsense/troubleshooter/2594929?hl=en
I did that already. I need a way to contact them and tell them directly. I'm shocked that there is no way to do that.
when you make a decent amount each day, a contact us button appears at the of your stats page.... i think its $25 a day you could ask someone who makes good money to send them a message for you
now facebook is easier to get contacted, but with google it's still their old problem that's not solved till now.. It's very hard to get in touch and I don't know why..
There is nothing to be solved. Google do no want to be contacted. Adsense give a high % return to publishers; if they had a "contact us" service then the number of staff needed would be very high and to employ them would mean a reduction in the % paid to publishers. No thanks.
Not sure what that is. No, it isn't. The original e-mail I used to sign up with was my site that I no longer own. They switched their system around so you can only sign in with a gmail related account. The e-mail I got must have been associated with my account such as a backup e-mail or something. Trust me, I've tried to sign in with that account and it didn't work.
