I have not jumped on the rss feed banwagon yet, but I have been giving it some thought. But what are the advantages for my site. It seems to me that only the site where I am pulling the feed gets the benifit, seeing that they get links from site but I do not get any from them.

    What are your thoughts?

It is more for the fresh content, changing content rather than the links. However that said a good OBL to an authorative site is worth lots

So if I use them, should I only pull feeds from high authorative sites as opposed to other blogs?

If the blog has good informative content then that would be a good blog to have, but an authoritive site will always carry more weight.

You can group rss and other with carp and grouper from Antone Roundy and place it on your site as html
