Selling Capture Perfect

Bought it three years ago for future purposes however now i no longer need it and see more of a benefit in me selling the domain.

This domain has only been in use for the past 1-2 months. Greatly generic and can be used for many purposes.

    Currently only monetized through adf.ly

No it does not come with any social media accounts, however there is currently an instagram page for this website.

The number one challenge would be that its competitor is canon however this also serves as an advantage in terms of organic research.

Currently has 10,000+ backlinks and some good social media status.

Created a website for the domain only for a month to test its credibility and after basic advertising, it received about 40,000 visitors within a month. Can be checked through google analytics. Advertising costs were lower than $100

Currently valuated via estibot at $2800 and potential future value via domtastic at £14000 (can be verified)

    I have a few questions:

    1) You bought "it" 3 years ago but have only been using the domain for 2 - 3 month. I don't really understand this.

    2) What's the deal with your traffic? It's very inconsistent. Do you not have the analytics for the full 3 years you owned "it"?

    3) What keywords are currently bringing in traffic?

    1) i bought it three years ago and reserved it for future purposes just in case i needed it as .com domains become harder to find daily and these were very good keywords.

    2) The reason behind the inconsistency of the traffic is simply the content, it was only for the domain to be tested. Google analytics were only started a few weeks after i put the website up before that the domain was parked for about a year and a half.

    3) keywords currently are captureperfect, movies, apps, games, agonyaunt, gadgets but most of the traffic is not keyword related, it is organic traffic through previous advertisement which was done for very cheap through social media and other page rank 1-3 websites.

if you have any other queries you're welcome to ask.

So you're talking about buying the domain 3 years ago, that's not true. It was registered on December 3rd, 2013.

This doesn't make any sense. How did you send traffic to the domain for "testing"?

You are not ranking for those keywords. I am not even going to check.

This entire sentence is a giant contradiction. Is it Organic traffic or advertisement traffic? I am assuming by 'advertisement traffic' you are speaking of CPC or CPM traffic.

roughly three years its going to be 2016 soon. I didn't say i sent it for testing, i said i made a website using the domain to test it. The reason behind inconsistent traffic is the content, if you look at the website its very basic so its not a point of interest. I am not ranking for those keywords as the SEO has very recently been applied around those keywords, it will take a few weeks. It is organic traffic which i received from advertising on blogs/social media etc, no cpc or cpm traffic.

You are showing 25,000 page views from Organic traffic last month.

Traffic from blogs/social media don't appear on Google Analytics as organic traffic.

Maybe there was an issue with your traffic import.

Please paste a screenshot of your Traffic sources page in Google Analytics.

You can find this on the left sidebar under Acquisition > Overview.

as you can see my analytics were set up recently, social media advertising was done before that which is the reason why it isn't showing up however if you put the domain name to analysis you can see the active amount of social media shares on twitter/facebook. It was even advertised on youtube (unpaid) and currently has about 2000 views with 3 subscribers. So many aspects were covered to test the potential of the domain name itself. Now if you type in capture perfect on google it is on page 4 which is an achievement within about a month and half.

Page 4 is not an achievement, sorry to say.

You are showing organic traffic as your primary traffic source.

I need you to prove your organic traffic by telling me which keywords are bringing in said traffic.

i've told you which keywords were bringing in traffic but as i have said there are no keyword analytic at the moment and as for the page 4. I'd say it is an achievement as the main competitor mentioned previously is canon, the large japanese company. Many backlinks have not been indexed yet once they are it will rise higher. As for proving, all i can ask is for you to do the domain analysis yourself as i do not have any screenshots or data to prove the reason being as i have said it has literally been up for two months and in that time i've had to concentrate on social media and seo heavily so all results were very hard to track while working. You most probably have a lot of experience with domains so you'll automatically know whether this generic worded domain has potential or not. You can also check valuations via estibot which is one of the most trusted domain valuators.

Is your traffic organic or not?

If it IS organic, I need to know what keywords are bringing in the traffic.

The only keywords you have told me so far are:
Those keywords are NOT bringing in traffic, so what is?

I wouldn't put too much work into a keyword that is barely reaching 1,000 views per month.

In the time i had the ads up, the interstital ads made $0.20 within a week just from 1 page view. The links weren't clicked or it would have been more but that was due to the content. @DomainMagnate

yes organic traffic is traffic that comes to your website as a result of unpaid search results. Doesn't have to be keyword related. It is SEO related, that is the true meaning or 'organic' traffic.

backlinks, search engines, direct organic traffic, domain referrals, so many different ways. That is the correct definition of organic traffic from google itself. Keywords is a part of SEO but keywords are very competitive nowadays so it isn't easy to get keyworded traffic, e.g. the keyword movies is high competitive so ranking for that keyword would be near enough impossible at this stage major competitors would be providers like netflix and torrents and amazon.
