    Yes a twitter account with around 100 followers and an email list of 7K subscribers

    Hello there, the website is 2.5 years old ranked 1M in alexa with good backlinks.

    We get traffic from bing and google, the majority is direct traffic, and this month we started few PPC programs along with buying banners from other websites.

    The BIN buyer will get all infos along with a list of 7K subscribers never monetized.

    The work can be outsourced entirely and the buyer will get the details about it.

    I'm open to offers, I'm not in hurry for selling.
    Who wants proof I can send screens of my paypal, and I can do a screen share for this month.

    PS: th website was listed on flippa and got a buyer but he failed to pay for the website

    Yes it comes with an excel file with all informations about previous clients, also the subscribers list is very targeted for that niche
