Get Google Adsense for video

    When I have adsense account from 2010, I want to ask for items other products adsense for video, but I did not register. When I click on the register "adsense for video is jumping into support page. Who can help me how to apply?

    try to login in on youtube fist, upload your 1st video and then try monetize with adsense,..

    Dumb reply. Google specifically say that for the Adsense for Video program, you must not be hosted at YouTube!!
    I presume you followed what it says here: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1705822?hl=en and follow the register link?
    Are you eligible for it?
