    Why are you selling this site?
    Looking for capital to put into various other ventures.

    How is it monetized?
    Adsense and has also made some sales via Amazon

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Twitter
    (Site also has great links on Pinterest but doesn't have a dedicated account)

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Built on wordpress it takes very little time to manage and update.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    None.



    The site as mentioned is built on wordpress using a premium them which is also mobile friendly.

    The site has a great base and contains tons of fabulous unique content that search engines love. I am not very good at SEO and little has been done over all even though site has advanced nicely. With some added SEO work this site could easily become an authority site in a unusually popular and low competition niche.

    The site has proven to be a solid via adsense and also has some amazon sales as well over last few months.

    The site has a great keyword rich domain name and is registered at Godaddy (free push to godaddy account for new owner).

    Never used analytics on site and i tried to link my adsense and couldn't get it to work but i can get screen shots of anything in particular along with live view via skype in necessary.
