Hi, Let me know what do you do when you fell sadness or any issue in your life and also explain reason why you do that? When me in any problem i go to ice bar near to my hostel and sit in open place alone ,order ice cream after eating me fell very well because i think in open place you can make better plan and solve your issue when you are alone,I don't know me wrong or right but forever felling better after do that..
When I fell sadness, I go for a walk. During walking time I remember that issue and solve it to soon.

And, although I am fully aware that it is in those moments that I need to look around on all the things for which I could be grateful, most times it is very, very challenging to even try to be grateful for anything at all; no matter how hard I try. And Vitarank made me laugh out loud. Seogoogle1, try zeroing on some of the things for which you could be grateful. You might surprise yourself of how just that tiny act could suddenly cheer you up... much more than you could have imagined. And that bit of cheered up spirit might just last a bit longer than anything else could. One last thing, Seogoogle1, just remember when you get those "feelings" that you are not alone. When I am sad, I feel very low energy and all I want to do is sit and not think. Then I will get up and really just mope around the house. Then when I can't take it anymore, I find something eat. That has been the bane of me. However, I am learning how to work with my mind to switch my thinking faster. I am making progress but it has been slow. Leilani
When I am feeling down and getting discouraged about things, I think of my wife and kids who are depending on me to produce. That allows me to push aside any negative feelings and re-double my efforts on projects, etc. Over the years, this tactic has allowed me to compartmentalize negativity and even recognize that it serves no valid purpose in my life. As bad as things may be at the time, they would be worse if I slowed down or stopped because I was down.
That's great thing me also believe everything done by GOD. You are Right saying me also noted this point which is best and hope more than peoples agreed with this.
When am sad, I try to be with my family, or just browse through old pictures - preferably of my daughter when she was only a few months old ... that changes my emotions pretty quickly. However, as a blogger - I often try to catch my emotions and turn them into words. Sometimes it is just too much to try and concentrate into writing an article, but other times when it is bearable, I rather try to focus on writing an emotional piece of content. thanks, Uttoran Sen,
I don't rely on any one method to get rid of emotional upsets. I first off practice the concept of acceptance. It's pointless to feel sorry for oneself. Where would be the profit in that? Instead I accept that life is tough and one needs to be tough in order to survive it. Secondly I am active so ride my mountain bike, hike, snowshoe and ski. You can't focus on crap when you're doing something intensive so it gets me away from it all. Thirdly and by far the most effective is talking things out with my family and friends. It's good to receive different perspectives on things. Life will *never* defeat me no matter what comes my way.
of course you are righ life is tough and everyone face ups and downs in his/her life but one thing is important Difficulties mastered are opportunities won. Good points which you share definitely if you take Respect hope you are also given them respects keep it up nice .
Whenever i am sad, i am go outside for long walk. And i start thinking about the matter for which i feeling sad. I am never come back home until i do not have any solution or any way out for my problem. It is the best solution i think if you don't have any idea how to overcome your problems you start walk.
