    In categories for which you are eligible to start a thread you will see the Start New Thread Button in upper right hand area of the page.

    You can see Start New Thread Button in upper right hand area of the page, but if you make a thread on Section - Buy, Sell or Trade - You need to become established member first to get more privileges or to be a premium member.
