I strongly recommend you to do some research and find it yourself: Go to Google AdWords and click on “Tools” and choose “keyword planner” Choose “Find New Keywords” and type one or two important words depend on your content then click “Get Idea” In the diagram find high demands words and make a three or four words phrase using them like “online marketing research” instead of “online marketing”. (It is “long Tail” keyword) Go back to your Google.com search space, and insert that long tail phrase in quotation marks and push the search button. Find out how many related article google gives you by typing this long tail keyword, if it is less than 50,000 you may have a chance to be in the game.

Keyword planner is LOUSEY! Too Vague. Just test a "how to" long tail keyword. #1. REG, Google search. #2 Look at related for suggestions. something under 1 million searches. #3 Try the Long Tail keywords for a targeted traffic that is LOW competition.
