    To answer the previous questions, mods are invited after existing mods/admins discuss who we think would make a good mod. It had nothing to do with post count, how long someone has been a member, moderation experience, etc... All that can be learned or changed with time. Mods are (usually) invited based on core personality types (everything else can be taught).

    What's so amazing about that? She's a great allround member and is almost overqualified to be one.

    Yfs1 hasn't been on that list for months. He turned out to be a spam bot controlled by zombie computers and was too busy with his other efforts to keep moderating - no matter how automated it was.
