You waste your time just to analyze PR4 aged at price of just $25 plus bonus 2 domain. You are really poor.
And you only able find one case of hundreds of domains I sell are worth $7K.
Any way, you concerned about PR is valid or not (I already showed that the PR is valid), while you show a screenshot is a deindexed site (tania-heath.com). You know what we're talking about? That's two different things. that you show in the screenshot is deindexed site because after the domain taken by the buyer, he filled it with "garbage" (many OBL) so that google gives it a penalty. and domain still PR4, only deindexed.
