Actually, this is kind of a cool one. Hacks are incredibly hard to appraise, tbh, there's really no way to do it. But you have "Finance" which is a solid word and the .rs, which really isn't too incredible of a cctld (generally speaking). Combined "Financers"...Financiers would be the correct spelling. Something like Financ.er would stand to have a bit more value to grab a hold of. Granted, I'm also reading this from the english language. I rarely come across/watch hacks, outside of flippa auctions. If it'd do ~well somewhere, it'd do it there. Another issue, renewal price? Generally, best policy regardless of whatever you see selling, don't buy any cctlds with a "premium" renewal ($100+), unless you plan to use it for development. In a year come renewal, that price will be a deciding factor. Another issue, restrictions on registration + ownership? You segment the market with a name that can only be owned by a citizen/business of a country (serbia). Somethings to think about. hope it helps.
The registration of the Serbian domain is open for all to register. It is not required to have a local presence or contact, in order to register (own) a .RS domain.
