I really cant think of a competition to run on my forum Web Market Zone Its a marketplace kind of forum for buying, selling and trading web services so its mainly people posting ads. Its only new and I really need to attract some more members. Ill be getting an ad management mod on there soon so I can put ads on it. So I could offer ad space as the prize. Or cash of course. What kind of competition could I run? Any help would be great!
Web design, web promotion, SEO test, etc. But there are already about 10 popular similar forums like DP, sitepoint, webmasterworld, etc, how can you compete with them?

Thats a good idea. But I dont know what the competition can be. I dont have a points system and I cant have a referral contest. I cant think of anything else...
