Right now adblockers are getting popular. There are popular browser extensions like AdBlock for browsers. Rooted Android devices and jailbroken iOS devices can also install AdBlockers. I am worried about PPC now is not as effective as before anymore.
I've never used AdBlocker, but i thinks answer is "yes". AdBlocker block any ads, Except some CPA ads
Ad Blockers will continue to proliferate as more users become aware of their existence. I personally believe this is due to ever-increasing implementations of obtrusive forms of advertising.
I guess you could add Adblock-detection to your site and force your visitors to turn it off if they want to see the content... But it also might scare some visitors away.
I wonder if anyone has done it and can share their experience. Will this work? Did the revenue go up or not much difference once the adblock detection has been implemented.
Although there are many competitive ad payment methods such as CPM, CPI, CPL, and many ad networks and agencies, CPC also can stand all the pressure and live longer. you can search desktop dot com for more details.
Yes there is way to stop ad blocker, in adcash you are dispaly ad with your domain name and adblocker cannot block it.
Yes, indeed Adblock affects not only PPC but also CPI More and more people install Adblock for mobile, especially in EU And I think it's the advertisers' fault. I used to see a lot of ads which looks "organic" in the app of website, however, it becomes aggressive sometimes, I mean content-lockers & annoying popups. It annoys the user, because it prevents him from his activity in the app, and he starts looking for a solution...
