A few questions

    Today, I received this e-mail:
And I am worrying a bit now.

    - I was planning a sale for all my sites, including this one.Is that a problem for google?
    - Does google allow selling sites with Adsense?
    - Do they mean that it's only www.*****.com that has a problem, because they say "pages such as www.*****.com"??
    - Can I still put google ads on www.*****.com ?
    - If no, can another publisher put ads on www.*****.com ?

    Already thanks,
    Raf

Looks like your safe for right now. Only if you change what is against their TOS. You can still put the ads on, just do it honestly and according to the program policies. Then email back and tell them you changed your placement and ask them to review it. Do it quickly so they can approve it and then you can sell your sites. Yes, you can sell sites that had adsense on them.

Just check all your pages. Whatever you are doing wrong, you will obviously see it elsewhere in your site.
    Good luck.

Just move your ads out from underneath those headers. You obviously put the ads directly underneath them, thus FALSELY LABELLING the ads as being "more games" or "more videos", etc. Once you've done so, email them and tell them you've complied and ask them to check again. When they give you the okay, sell the site and go buy a popsicle with the money as you originally planned.

why does google warn some publishers and ban others? is it because of the degree of offense or does the amount of money a publisher brings the reason?

I think they can see when they have a genuine publisher, and a publisher that is in the game to earn money from false clicks. That is why some are instantly banned, and some just warned.

If you're looking for a personal email (with review of your site) it's probably around 2-3 days. I've had them take longer, sometimes shorter.

Publishers are allow to put their code on any website. Although, apart from banned websites, I think.

Then he will run into the same trouble as you did if he doesn't change the ad placement. He probably bought the site from you figuring on simply swapping your publisher ID with his, and leaving everything as is. If you don't tell him about Adsense's email before selling the site to him, then you are an unethical douche.
