Sitemap Changes..need your suggestions

I previously used Google xml sitemap..but later added All in one SEO plugin which had the same xml sitemap feature..recently I deactivated the XML sitemap feature available in ALL IN ONE SEO plugin and to make sure nothing overlaps i deactivated and then reactivated GOOGLE XML SITEMAP and made some changes there..Now my xml sitemap looks like this in the given picture link..PLS tell me if the sitemap configuration needs any changes..Previously it was not divided into sub sitemaps..Need your guidance.

recently I found another issue regarding my sitemap

Recently I am noticing my sitemap for august posts is not showing up properly, perhaps this is the reason why google cant crawl it properly..below I am attaching some screenshots of my affected sitemap as well as other months sitemaps which are showing up as it should be..pls tell me what is the issue, and how to solve it..my affected sitemap has 7 posts which are submitted to webmaster and only 2 of them are indexed only

How to fix this??

 

Please re-submit the xml-sitemap in webmasters tool and also the crawl errors there. If you find errors then first fix those and wait few days for the update.

 

thanks but can u pls tell me how to fix 403 errors ..WMT shows 38 feature phone crawl errors.

 

Are the URLs real? 403 = your server returned the URL was "forbidden" - i.e. your server/website blocked the crawler
