my stats dropped with same traffic i dont know what happens with propellerads i open ticket but no valueable reply

 

Hello everyone,
Sorry for delays in answering.

Finally, we've found and fixed a "bug" that caused revenue disappearance.
This bug affected new accounts with a small amount of impressions.
How it happened:
- a publisher made 300 impressions
- as you maybe know, usually first 2-5 days eCPM is lowest because of optimization period. For example, ecpm is 0.03 per 1000 impressions, thus revenue for 300 impressions is 300 / 1000 * 0.03 = $0,009
- but due the bug in the latest update, the dashboard displayed 9 USD (during the first day after calculation).

At present, the bug is fixed. We are apologies for any inconveniences caused by this issue.

If you still see any weird behavior in your statistics - please contact us.

If your income has decreased that means that some of the ad campaigns targeted to your audience has come to end.
Our rates during last two months are on the top level, don't worry, I think that the new campaigns targeted to your traffic will start soon and your income will grow up.

upd: we've talked with Kristina about your request, she'll offer you a couple of options to improve your income.

 

please must check as i can see my traffic increased and you can assume as same as before but propellerads count very less impression with low cpm and low earning as well with same traffic please much check everything i m damn sure there is something wrong with propellerads waiting for fix my stats and impression

 

yes she talked with me and she offer that some of your campaign finish so thats why my earning is low but as i can see still my impression counted very low why please you take a look as before my traffic and impression is ok now traffic is stable my impression and earning is dropped what is reason behind ?

 

The reason is the same - "unfilled" impressions due the campaign's end.
I think it would be better to talk about it with Kristina, because she is really trying to do her best to keep your income.

 

yes i know she is best and very nice i really like her support but still i can see nothing to improvement even before my earing is 18 and after when refresh its drop to 13 i dont know what is going on even my impression is counted very less very bad stats as before you check my stats is ok with same kind of traffic even still my traffic is same but look earning and impression drop so much so i m damn sure something wrong with my zone id and propellerads that's why i told you personally to take a look and monitor it

may i know david when new campaigns start to get back previous rate which is set by my manager for me ? because i want that rate and my manager told me it will 2 to 3days to start new campaigns

According to what you are describing in your post, i would recommend for you as publishers to keep track which type of campaigns are working for you. This information could be supply for you by your account manager or at least in which categories these campaigns are. This will help you to better know how to react when something like this is happening. This will also enable you to redirect your traffic to other advertising budgets suppliers that can offer similar campaigns in the same successful category that have been working for you so far. This action will enable you to have better control and better understanding of how your traffic is monetized. next time you have rates decreases you will be able to react fast

Unfortunately, I can't provide any additional information at this moment, because end and start dates of the campaigns are determined by advertisers.

 

can you check ticket for that because as my cpm drop too much can you look why it happening day by day
also you can give alterntive advertiser campaign as you know because mostly other advertiser are always works with you so what is issue if any advertiser stop works then new campaigns ad in my zone id i know you can so i need this

 

You can be absolutely sure that we always do our best to find most profitable ad campaigns for each publisher, because an ad networks revenue depends on this.
Probably, there is temporary reduction in traffic demands for some GEOs, please be patient.
Your manager (Kristina) is on vacation now, but it doesn't affect our efforts to keep the rates for all publishers at highest possible level.

 

but last 7 to 9 days my cpm is quite low and i m asking to check cpm and us rate is also very very down as before yes our manager is on vacation she is very helpful but now its up to you to check and fix this issue for me as you know all i know all company based on his publisher so please take a look carefully and check what is going wrong as before my rate is ok but now very bad and i m waiting for this last 10days and no action so please i already open ticket for that i hope you will help me actually propellerads is my 1st choice to use it thats why i really like propellerads so i want you to personally take a look for me please
