Best content management system to make a magic the gathering deck builder website with articles too?

    Looking for a good cms to help with allowing people to enter Magic the gathering card names and quantities to output the pages to show their decks.

    Also with the ability to check the decks against the formats as to use the database to see if the card listed is for type 1, type 2 legal and so on too.
