    The .Com already got 22 offers on Sedo and the com.au domain without (s) is going for more than 5K $

    10% of the .com or thereabouts. The extension makes sense for the keyword so maybe a bit more? $750? $1k?

    Maybe. It is a long domain name, which hurts its value a bit.
