I'm a flash animator with 18 years experience and I can tell you that the prize you're offering is unrealistic for the level of complexity in an animation that you're asking for.
This is not flash. Anyway people are free to use flash to generate it but the end product needs to be Gif. Also perhaps you have too much experience so you can demand a higher price elsewhere. @ others the price has been upped to 75. If you do not like it as always please do not run the contest but I think this is fair.
In my oppinion making such a complex animations in gif format will result to large file size. The gif file format was not designed for something like this. I made a quick test: created a really basic moving animation like on your video (the length of the animation was 4 seconds) and looped it a few more times, until the animation reached 30 seconds. The filesize was about 3mb for an 468x60 animation. After some dramatic optimizations i was able to reduce to 2,3 mb (but the graphics loosed too much details), but this filesize is unusable on webpages. Another problem is that original video has a landscape orientation, but you requested some portrait animations too. It will look really ugly (especially breaking the long text fields) if you try to change the orientation.
I suggest using adobe fireworks to reduce filesize for animated gifs but I am sure there would be other tricks. Can't help much there! Texts can be broken up in different seconds of the time so work your magic and creativity! About the landscape, we ONLY need the background effect (quake) this can be made in ANY size as you only have to take the quake effect from the video.
BTW if I see anything juicy contest will be closed right away so consider this is FAST contest with immed PAYPAL/PAYONEER PAYMENT I dont like wasting time

My feedback: I need the same effect as on the video same colors / same size polygons / same quake effect The text has to show as bouncing speech bubbles see 0:11 second for the RED speach bubble Try and show the text on different seconds so not all at once just 1 text/speech buble in view at a time in short replicate not innovate
Hi, NICE improvements, we are slowly getting there. The speed would have to be faster see original, also please see the exact polygon layout as in the original. Colors scheme will have to be adjusted as original Suggestion Perhaps we could have the protruding polygon go down and resurface with the next speech bubble and so on or better yet move the lower background in a directon so we create a sense of movement as if we dragged in on a touch pad and then the new polygon with bubble would be there. my screencap draw to illustrate what i mean
