    Jokes aside and on topic, I am interested... to know what's the guarantee to be paid. I mean, there's too much work involved and being a first-time deal with you, no writer should go blindly working for a whole month because, obviously, when two people first work together there is an element of risk

    So, writers should propose to split the risk here, and you should pay 50% upfront and 50% on completion by the month.

    Personally, I won't take it without a payment guarantee, or at least being paid shortly after the first article is delivered.

    Based on DP's average "wage" potential employers are willing to pay, your proposal sounds too good to be true even if the per-articles price is still low from the industry standards perspective.
