Basically it is a scam. Went through several "click to confirm" pages, one of which was an opt in spam email list (i.e. they slipped in an "agree to get spammed on a regular basis" opt-in conformation where they hoped you would not notice it). Then they tried to get you to download something onto your computer. No idea what it was because I'm not stupid enough to fall for that, but I'm guessing it is adware or some other kind of malware. As to the benefits, they are not free. First it tries to sell you an upgrade, then if you don't buy this you have to perform tasks to get the freebies (e.g. to get the "free" visitors you have to sit through an advertising seminar where they try to sell you more rubbish). This is a scam with a capital S, avoid like the plague!
