    Come down to india.. it's da cheapest.. you can rent a home 2 BedRoom 1 Kitchen and 1 Hall at $50-$100/mo ;)
    U can get car at $5000-$6000 a small nice family car

    India is the cheapest

    And My city is a tier two city and there are some other small town

    where the cost of living is low when compared to my city

    If you are having $10,000 earning monthly

    you could buy a lot of things and could buy a car monthly

    The USA is NOT the best country in the world. It's the best country in YOUR world. It's a small world you are living in. Smaller than my world.
