Contest $40 Logo Design Contest

Hello people, I need a logo done for a tuition centre providing tuition services for little kids.

My little brother had design this: http://prntscr.com/7jgn5m . But I am looking for something more professional lol

Requirements for above image:

- The "Pink Tree" must be very beautiful, and symbolize fun as well (because it is a kids tuition centre).
- Unique (If you are using Google images, please make some modification to it, so it wont come under google image search, and I won't get sued for copyright.)

Optional:
- I hope the logo can have some birds and children playing around the tree if it is possible.
- Something like this format if you think it will look nice: http://prntscr.com/7jgnf6 (pardon simple paint drawn image )

None of these aren't your design, just google around and you will find these images everywhere. Your modifications are nil and had the contest holder chosen any of these he/she could find themselves into legal problems.

Guys, please stop putting contest holders at risk not only is it an unethical practise, it could also give you/DP/design contests a bad reputation.

 

Dear @Jeronimo2015, with all due respect, your claims are invalid.

I pointed out that all the design is my own except for the children playing around the tree image which I have a license for commercial use of the image I edited.

I didn't participate in that contest and have no idea what are you referring to!

Hi appleiinc, hard to put it in words as I am not a designer myself, but your design is looking overall just decent, simple and plain, and not as professional and "stunning" as muddy's. For example, there is a small bright reflection area on top of "e" of Tree. Not sure of the purpose of that as I don't see it improving the overall design in anyway. The colors are also looking pretty dull, and can be improved as well !

I am not trying to make way for anyone to win, there's simply no interest in order to do so. I gave the example of just another contest where the CH had no idea he could have been into legal trouble.

Here are the specifics you asked for:

The illustration in post #2 is of the late Kate Greenaway (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kate_Greenaway). The image may be copyrighted.

The illustration in post #4 is modified only slightly; some trees removed and recolored. If you want to submit this image as a contest entry, you will have to inform the contest holder about the license required (and one that has to be paid for) because this image is copyrighted.

In case you didn't know about these issues, just be careful because it is in your own interest as well. All I am trying to explain is to make it fair for contest holders and other designers involved in a contest.
