What are the Plugins that I can use to stop WordPress comment spam?

    I am struggling to cope with the spam in the comment section. Don't know much about the plugins that I can use for overcoming this. Is there anyone who can help me out?

    Tell me about it. With "her" looks I certainly wouldn't go for a web developer career. The only think that could make Lucy's avatar any less convincing would be a stock watermark slapper right across it.

    Yeah, fake avatar, fake name and I'd best my last thousand quid she's a he from India/Pakistan/Bangladesh and not from San Francisco, just what the forum needs...another lying spamfuck.
