Actually I have some candidate who very very expert with my forums topics ,but I really dont know how much worth to paid them.

They are not webmaster, they really "general" people who never earn money from internet.

For sami1255 and other members who PM me,I will contact you later if I need additional moderator.

So how much I must paid them guys?

I have been in this forum game for years, with every different software and situation you can imagine, and in my experience, and from my own business, I always do this for $5/Hour for Moderation and $8/Hour for Administration. If you need a hand PM me and I will sort you out with a good price.

    Thanks,
    Josh.

You're asking an extremely broad question.

How experienced is this user with moderation?
How many hours are they willing to work per day?
How knowledgeable are they on the forums topics?
    Are they professional?
    Are they committed?

You'd probably want to take those factors into consideration before you make a decision.

sonicute.. thanks for correcting me.. i take my offer back.. lolz :) well, i think you should pay them considering 2 criteria,

    1) The number of posts they do daily
    2) The number of spams they report you (if they are moderators)

It depends on the niche, but in the vast majority of the cases you can get good moderators who are volunteers.

What I did on my forum was promote the most active and helpful members on the forum.

Did you notice a decrease in posts? My thought is if you do that, then your most active members are busy moderating instead of creating new threads, posting, etc.

It's been my experience that by promoting a user to a mod, they get a feel of ownership and actually spend more time posting and promoting the site, as well as keeping it clean.
