    Why are you selling this site?
    I want to invest in another online project!
    The site got 9 premium wordpress themes which are unique and high quality, the buyer will get everything psds+db's+themefiles+domain

    This is new site, so its not yet promoted or advertised, but it have high potential if developed well, everything is unique and kickass.
