if you go for popup it will be cheaper.... if you are only interested in the traffic.

 

$0.01 is really cheap. I'm interested to know which network offer such.

 

If you are getting traffic at this rate (0.01) than it is definitely poor quality traffic(80-90% of bot traffic)

Try 7search if you want decent quality traffic with affordable CPC rates.
