Just an update on this issue for those who were wondering... This particular client failed to pay for his plan for a two month billing period. Therefore the system, did not recognize his account as fully paid since he only paid for one. We have resolved this successfully with the client.
I decided to give it a try and signed-up for a Crescent plan for one of my test domains. Everything went smooth, even 20% discount was applied. My website was assigned IP address at Phoenix, AZ - it is managed by Secured Servers (I assume Tsuki is their reseller). There are 230 other websites on the same IP address, which could be expected when you buy shared hosting. The only thing I don't like so far is that they don't have a phone number or live chat for support. Based on my interaction with other hosting providers, this may become a big problem when you need to resolve things quickly. I just hope they have good response time and their support can write in proper English. Will keep you updated...

Yes, I did and may move more domains there. So far (in 9 months) the uptime is 100% (it is monitored with pingdom) and the loading speed is quite decent for low cost hosting. I host my sites with 12 vendors and Tsuki is one of the top 3 in terms of price to value. The other 2 are Stablehost and Hostabulous. The ones at teh bottom of my list (due one or more of: downtime, issues with support, slow servers) are quickclickhosting, MDDhosting, and TMDHosting. Hope this helps
