    Hello everyone!
    Is there anyone who knows of any good cpm ad-networks/popups networks that I could use in my Url shortening service where users get paid when people visit their links. It works exactly the same as Adf.ly If you've ever hear of them. Only think is that I need to monetize my service. Is there any network that accepts these kinds of websites that you know of? Please tell me as I want to be able to pay all my users and finance the website!

    Adf.ly? I never heard of this AD Network. I do mobile cpa, and I am now using Inmobi and Airpush. These two ad network has CPM and CPC. Hope this can give you some help.

    I'd only recommend propeller for pops and or direct links.
    Their banners are rubbish unless you get a large amount of clicks / conversions.

    Thank you for review! Actually, some publishers claim that our banner ad units are not creative.
    Now we are working hard to improve our banner ads and implement new targeting system based on user behavior and interests.

    But I can't agree that now our banners are suitable only for high-traffic websites.
    Many publishers with impressions < 20k per day get CPMs > 1 USD.
    But actually, in order to get good rates you should get more clicks (high CTR).
    Good placements, sliders, banner in a layer hiding the content ("content lock") e.t.c - these tricks help to increase CTR.

    How much are you getting paid by propeller to go into every thread and suggest them? Seriously, you saying nearly the same thing in every thread about the same network, doesn't make your opinion credible.
