    Where did you brought traffic?. These are not just bulk/junk traffic, i have seen traffic from organic, social media & bing advertisement.
    I think they are basically PPC management services, they charged for number of visitors instead of cpc.

    Sarahk iam agreed with you, but You have to take risk to test water. I am kinda lazy that's why i prefer to pay rather than work hard on doing SEO or other stuff :)

    SEO is a good investment. You can get sales without SEO, but it takes alot of manual work and it needs to be done daily.     AgensHH, SEO is the top priority. You can hire SEO company or do it your self in both cases you have to wait atleat 3 months for white hat seo. Thats why i prefer to buy traffic :)

    Nothing is really guaranteed with internet marketing. Sure you can guarantee you'll get traffic if paying-per-click, but you can't guarantee the quality of the traffic (adwords may claim too) and you certainly cannot guarantee that the traffic will convert into a lead/sale. You could piss $5,000 running a PPC campaign and not make a single sale, but still get 10,000 visitors/pageviews/hits
